Started by Danny Hamsley, Hamsley Hardwood quickly gained a reputation for some of the finest domestic hardwood lumber around. Danny—also known as “Mr. Big Words”—held a seemingly endless knowledge of forestry, tree identification, woodworking, and sawmilling.

Today, the business is owned by the Terry and Cynthia Hamsley family, with Ryan Hamsley as pro sawyer. Our guiding principle is found in Colossians 2:7 - “Let your roots grow down into Him and let your lives be built upon Him”
